MISSION STATEMENT

The Foundation for Financial Independence is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to empowering individuals and families to make educated decisions about finances by providing a team of volunteer expert educators who host no-cost financial education classes, workshops, and webinars throughout the country. Our mission is to provide a higher financial literacy to communities across the country and maximize standards of living, lifetime income, and retirement plans.

Our team of industry experts volunteer time and expertise to host free webinars, workshops, and personalized consultations. Our educational webinars and workshops are hosted by groups wanting to help their members. These include companies, professional organizations, churches, school clubs, government agencies, social clubs, libraries, and other nonprofits.

Traditional workshops are held in a classroom setting at a business, local college, library, or community center. We also offer “virtual” workshops online. In all settings, we encourage participants to ask questions. We address topics that cover the gamut of financial concerns and sessions can be tailored to the interest of the group — like Social Security, retirement, taxes, debt elimination, and estate planning.

Our educators will also schedule follow-up personal consultations, upon request. The feedback we receive is phenomenal and virtually every host books more workshops.

F4FI fills the education gap in high school and college learning where there is little or no curriculum about personal financial management — income, savings, retirement, and estate planning.
